Go to the menu bar, find "Mail" and click on it.
Click on the bottom Item of the presented menu "Options".
This will present a Tab window, the bottom block of which controls the mail Send formats.
Toggle the "Mail sending format" switch to Plain Text.
Run Outlook Express
From the menu bar click on "Tools", go to the bottom of the presented menu
to "Options"
Click to open the Options window.
Select the "Send" tab, which'll open the required window
The top blocks controls the Mail and News sending formats.
Toggle the "Mail and News sending format" switches to Plain Text.
